Insurance Business’s 10th annual Brokers on Insurers survey gives brokers the chance to rate all the insurers they deal with across key criteria such as BDM support, brand recognition, brokers’ training and development, commission structure, online platform, overall service level, premium stability, product innovation, product range and turnaround times on claims and new business.

The survey is a valuable tool for the industry because it enables insurers to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement. The survey results are used to produce an influential report that gives an insightful overview of the general insurance market and how brokers’ priorities have changed over time.
