Regional and rural insurance provider Elders Insurance, a part of QBE Group, has launched a new integrated advertising campaign that targets owners of small- and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The campaign includes 30- and 15-second videos across television, digital, and social media that feature Elder agents and their stories living and working in their respective local communities, according to B&T Magazine.

The campaign was conceptualized by The Core Agency and builds on the “our way never gets old” idea the advertising agency created for Elders in 2018.

“The longstanding customer partnerships held by Elders Insurance Agents is evidence of their extraordinary customer service,” Joe Skinner, founder and creative partner at The Core Agency, told B&T Magazine. “Our latest work reassures business owners that whatever life throws at them, their local Elders Insurance agent will be there for them.”

 “There is no better expression of customer satisfaction than the tenure of their relationship with a brand,” Sara Foale, chief marketing officer of QBE, told B&T Magazine. “Our new campaign captures that truth in a fun way that communicates the Elders Insurance customer service difference.”
