Gallagher is inviting business managers to take part in its 2019 Financial Confidence Survey on employee financial stress and how it affects productivity.

Gallagher initiated the business culture health check to discover competitive insights into improving business growth and reducing operational costs, following findings that financial matters were the biggest cause of personal stress of employees (45%), costing Australian employers roughly $31 billion a year in lost productivity.

“What if we could identify practical ways for companies to address this deficit? The most obvious approach is to ask businesses themselves, and that’s the purpose of this free-of-charge invitation,” Gallagher said. “We want to discover and share the factors that enable your employees to be the best they can be in their work lives and leverage this information in our own business applications as well.”

Participants will get a detailed analytical report on how their results compare to other organisations via a report specific to the company and the information they provide, as well as a general overview.

Gallagher is also offering weekly giveaways as well as a major prize draw to help incentivise participation.
