Partnership

The collaboration aims to empower organisations in navigating and managing risks amid uncertain circumstances.

The partnership will enable Howden and Sention to assist organisations in enhancing their understanding of their risk profiles, fostering resilience, and ensuring better preparedness. Additionally, Howden intends to leverage the acquired data to formulate a more scientifically oriented risk transfer program, encompassing not just historical and current risks but also a forward-looking perspective.

Ashley Grant, head of Howden Risk Consulting, emphasised the perpetual evolution of the risk environment, presenting an ongoing challenge for executives across industries.

“The global business world faces a multitude of uncertainties that will demand strategic thinking and proactive preparation,” Grant said. “The Howden/Sention partnership provides a platform that allows executives to have a clearer outlook on current and emerging threats and to make informed and calculated decisions to improve their mitigation and transfer strategies. We look forward to working with the Sention team to deliver the best results for our clients and prospects.”

The partnership follows Howden's acquisition of Silk Insurance, a specialised Australian insurance broker focusing on the bloodstock market.
