Claim Central Consolidated has been selected as claims services and technology partner of IAG-backed IAL (formerly Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Australia, BHIA), a provider of home, motor, and landlords’ insurance products for the broker market.
The exclusive three-year deal, which will commence in the last quarter of 2018, will allow Claim Central to manage IAL’s property and motor claims through its digital claim-management platforms, ClaimLogik and Hello Claims.
Claim Central said the technology provides insurers, brokers, and customers efficient access to a supply chain of assessors, motor repairers, insurance builders, and emergency services on a single platform.
“As we continue to grow nationally, we needed to digitise our claims-management function to make things faster, simpler, and more convenient for our broker network,” said Albert Napoli, IAL manager. “Embedding Claim Central’s full suite of services and technology into our business will allow us to deliver on our commitment to brokers to ensure their customers have the best claims experience possible.”
