The Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA) is inviting disability services providers, allied health and nursing professionals, and people with disabilities to attend an interactive forum about the Motor Vehicle (MV) Catastrophic Injuries Support (CIS) scheme.
The scheme was introduced on July 1, 2016, to provide treatment, care, and support to people who are catastrophically injured in motor vehicle crashes in Western Australia.
The forum will be held on June 6, at the National Disability Services WA, 12 Lindsay Street, Perth WA, and will cover MV CIS scheme performance and participant feedback, service provider feedback and discussion, improvement opportunities, and future actions and challenges.
Registrations close on May at 5pm.
