A US-based global claims services provider has expanded its footprint in Australia with a new office and appointment.
McLarens adds to its existing Australian operations in Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle, and Sydney, with a new property loss adjusting division in Perth and the appointment of Desmond Lee as executive loss adjuster.
Lee is a chartered loss adjuster and qualified chartered accountant with a wealth of experience in major loss across a range of industries. He will commence the new role on July 16, and will be based in the Perth office, located in Fremantle.
“Desmond is a highly qualified and respected claims professional,” said Martyn Wicht, McLarens regional director for Australasia. “It is very pleasing to see the company expand to Western Australia with such a high-calibre individual.”
