Great Place to Work Australia has released its 50 Best Places to Work 2020 report, and among those who made it to the list is rehabilitation provider Recovery Partners.

Ranked eighth in the ‘under 100 employees’ category, Recovery Partners enjoyed positive feedback in the study’s trust index employee engagement survey, with 100% of staff saying the company is a friendly place to work; 99% think colleagues care about each other; 97% believe the leadership team is true to the firm’s values; and 96% would recommend a friend to work at the organisation.

Recovery Partners delivers comprehensive services in rehab, well-being, and safety – the goal of which is to reduce the costs of worker injuries and illnesses.

Commenting on the accolade, Recovery Partners founder Kelly Brown stated: “Our overall results as a business have improved in tandem with our improvements in our workplace culture. As our employee engagement, trust, and pride indicators have increased, so have other business metrics including quality, revenue, and profit.”

The business leader is of the view that there is a direct correlation between culture and company performance.

“This external acknowledgement is a lovely feather in our cap,” added Brown. “We will wear it with equal measures of humility and pride.”

The study’s ‘over 1,000’ roster was topped by Cisco Systems Australia, Salesforce, and SAP Australia; the ‘100-999’: Interactive, AbbVie, and Canva; and the ‘under 100’: SC Johnson & Son, Insentra, and Morgan McKinley. Insurance comparison site Finder was at number 23 in the 100-999 category.

“The organisations in the study are leading the way amid the pandemic, demonstrating care for their employees, customers, and communities during this challenging time,” said Great Place to Work managing director Zrinka Lovrencic. “The COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge facing organisations across the globe, and it puts a premium on being a high trust people-first culture.”
