The Australian insurance industry crowned its 2026 champions on Friday night. More than 500 professionals packed Doltone House on Sydney Harbour for the ninth annual Insurance Business Australia Awards. The winners are now in!
The sold-out gala dinner event recognised standout performance across 22 categories, spanning Small Brokerage of the Year, Authorised Representative of the Year, Insurer of the Year, Woman of Distinction and more.
Brokers, insurers, underwriters and service providers from across the market turned out for a night of cocktails, wine, dinner, live music entertainment from singer Teegan Bishop — and the main event, the awards themselves. This year's MC, the witty television personality and comedian Ed Kavalee (pictured), kept the night rolling along with panache.

Every finalist made the cut on merit. But the judges could only crown one winner per category. Here is a full list of the night’s winners. The names of the final victors will also be published on the Insurance Business Awards website:
