A life insurance specialist has announced two leadership appointments to its group insurance business.

TAL has strengthened its commercial, strategic management, and market development capabilities with the appointment of Joseph Daley as general manager of pricing, and Nick White as head of clients and strategic management.

“We are delighted to have such depth of talent and experience across the group insurance team,” said Jenny Oliver, TAL general manager of group insurance. “Both appointees have enjoyed tremendous success in their respective areas, and we’re excited to bring that expertise to their new roles so we can continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for TAL’s partner superannuation funds and their members.”

Daley, formerly general manager of value, profitability, and pricing for TAL's individual life business, will be responsible for developing TAL’s group pricing models in partnership with super funds.

White, with his extensive experience from outside the business, will lead a team to manage a portfolio of important client relationships, in addition to his strategic management role.

Two internal moves were also completed recently, with Jenny Nguyen becoming head of clients and market development, and Cathy Collison becoming head of Cbus.
