As CEO of Austbrokers Coast to Coast, Hansen has been instrumental in the brokerage’s ongoing success and its string of high-profi le industry accolades, including ANZIIF’s Small Brokerage of the Year Award in both 2016 and 2017. Austbrokers Coast to Coast was also named Brokerage of the Year (6-20 Staff ) at the 2018 Insurance Business Australia Awards and was a fi nalist in the same category in 2019. Hansen has also thrived individually, winning NIBA’s Australian Broker of the Year Award in 2016.
Based in the Burleigh Heads region of Queensland, Hansen is also invested in the local community, providing training on risk management issues for charitable organisations and the non-profi t sector.
