The wider Marsh McLennan group consists of Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer, and Oliver Wyman.
Announcing Roach’s broader remit, Marsh said: “In addition to his current role as Marsh New Zealand CEO, Josh’s new leadership will promote collaboration and connectivity for our New Zealand businesses, Marsh and Mercer, delivering greater value for our clients, colleagues, and communities throughout Aotearoa.”
Roach has been with Marsh since 2009. He previously worked at WTW for more than six years.
