Insurance broker Watkin Davies Insurance Consultants has tapped claims business and legal expenses specialist MSL to provide accident management services to motor clients of the South Wales firm.

“MSL impressed us with their knowledge and experience of this sector, and their commitment to working in partnership with our InstructorcoverPlus team to provide market-leading services to our clients,” noted Watkin Davies group managing director Gina Dixon.

“Our instructors are very often long-term clients of ours, so service excellence is absolutely critical.”

Under the tie-up, MSL will provide a replacement dual control vehicle for all incident types for up to 28 days, as well as deliver further ancillary products and services for replacement dual control vehicles in the event of mechanical breakdown.
