As it looks to expand its offering to clients, Shrewsbury-based insurance brokerage 1St Choice Insurance has introduced a new website.

According to the broker, the website boasts an update in design and functionality, and will be able to accommodate more products as the firm grows.

“Re-designing our website is another demonstration of how 1st Choice Insurance are continuously improving our customer experience,” said head of marketing at 1st Choice Insurance Callum Watkins. “Our website traffic has grown by 100% in the past 12 months, so it was vital we invested in our website to make it faster, easier to navigate and more up to date with informative content. This new website is the beginning of our journey to become the UK’s leading ‘easy to do business with’ commercial insurance broker. We look forward to saving more businesses time, hassle and money over the next few years.”

Now the company hopes to drive more traffic to the website – and thus, more clients through its doors.

“The team has tripled within the last year and we’re excited to be bringing more jobs to the local area and building the 1st Choice Family as we grow.” said marketing executive Holly Jones.

The brokerage, which launched eight years ago, now has more than 4,000 clients.
