Multi-disciplined law firm Forster Dean Solicitors is the latest to partner with Allianz Legal Protection (ALP) for after the event (ATE) insurance.

Forster Dean Solicitors, which provides an array of legal services to support claimants across the North West, will have access to ALP’s Paid as Incurred Disbursement (PAID) model for its personal injury and clinical negligence cases. Without interest or drawdown fees, the firm will be able to make early claims for disbursements incurred.

In addition, with wide delegated authority, experts handling the litigation can focus solely on matters affecting their clients.

“We are excited to be working alongside a global leader such as Allianz at a time when we are looking to take advantage of the many opportunities presented to us by the ever changing personal injury market,” commented Forster Dean finance director Jon Else.

Part of Allianz Insurance Plc, ALP offers a range of specialist legal expenses insurance through appointed solicitors, business partners, and insurers. Its expertise covers a wide range of case types for ATE as well as before the event insurance.

“We are delighted to be partnering with the legal experts at Forster Dean Solicitors and their independent broker QLP Limited,” said ALP senior business developer Mike Wildy. “Allianz is committed to working with innovative, customer-centric law firms, and this new relationship demonstrates that our products and services are attractive to both law firms and clients alike.”

ALP’s other partners include EAD Solicitors, Tozers Solicitors, and Lime Clinical Negligence Solicitors.
