A leading provider of motor claims solutions, legal expenses, and additional products has secured a new contract with the UK’s largest dedicated vehicle rescue and recovery operator.

The Auto Legal Protection Services (ALPS), in collaboration with its long-time broker partner Pace Ward, has won the contract to provide the Derbyshire-based The Mansfield Group with 24/7 First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and third party intervention services.

Under the new deal, ALPS will provide immediate assistance and advice, as well as repair services and third party intervention following an accident. Allianz will serve as the insurer.

Lee Riley, managing director of ALPS Ltd, said: “This is a significant win for us and coming on the back of our FNOL contract win for Clegg Gifford, it shows that organisations are realising that they can make significant savings by outsourcing these functions to us. It’s all the more welcome because we were recommended by Pace Ward on the back of the excellent service we have provided to them over the years.”

Darrell Mansfield, managing director of The Mansfield Group, commented: “The Mansfield Group was built on always providing the best solution to our customers. We believe that ALPS and Pace Ward will provide the high level of service that our customers expect, while driving down the cost of claims through quicker reporting and an excellent relationship with the insurer.”
