Bluefin Network has hired three experienced executives from other industry players to strengthen its broking desk and insurer relationship teams.

The company has announced the appointments of Andy Chapman, Chris Dawson and Danny Beeson. They join Bluefin from The Underwriting Exchange, Churchill and Hamilton Leigh respectively.

Chapman and Dawson will be based in Milton Keynes while Danny will work from the Chelmsford office. Their appointments are expected to benefit Bluefin’s partner brokers.

“We are constantly trying to find ways of adding value to our partner brokers. The addition of Andy, Chris and Danny to our team will do just that, bringing the valuable experience and personal touch central to our Network proposition,” said Bluefin Network managing director David Hopwood.

Bluefin Network director Duncan Pagan said Chapman is well known to the company’s partner brokers who “will be keen to continue working with him to find solutions to difficult and complex risk placement using our market relationships.”

Dawson will work closely with Chapman to bolster Bluefin’s high net worth placement proposition, Pagan added.

Beeson, a 20-year industry veteran, will manage Bluefin’s insurer relationships and assist brokers with the development of products and schemes.

“His experience of both underwriting, and more latterly broking, will ensure we retain a broker led approach to the continued development of our proposition,” Pagan said.
