Although 2020 was a rough year for everyone, a telephone survey conducted by Brunel Insurance Brokers found that its clients were generally satisfied with the brokerage’s performance.

At the end of 2020, the company’s customer service team called all of Brunel’s clients, asking for feedback on service. It was found that 92% of clients who participated in the survey rated Brunel as “very good,” or “excellent.”

“Brunel Group are delighted to receive such outstanding feedback from our clients for another year running. We are passionate about growing and improving our services wherever possible and value client feedback greatly,” commented Brunel Group CEO Russell Lane on the survey results.

Lane added that the Brunel team has worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to support its clients, ensuring that the renewal process was seamless even during difficult times.

“This excellent feedback enhances our position as a client-centric broker,” the chief executive prefaced.

Brunel’s overwhelmingly positive client feedback caps off a strong year for the brokerage. In January 2020, Brunel revealed its expansion into Scotland. And in December, the company opened the Brunel Group House in Stockton – a venture from which Brunel extended its client base in the northern regions.

Also in December, Brunel announced its acquisition of Coventry-based insurance broker Inman & Associates – Brunel’s second acquisition within a two-year period, following its purchase of Glentworth Insurance Services in March 2019.
