Willis Towers Watson has appointed Heloise Rossouw to lead the growth of its life insurance management consultancy business.

Rossouw has joined Willis Towers Watson as a senior consultant and will be developing new strategies to support the needs of the company’s life insurers. Most recently Heloise worked for Old Mutual where she developed the company’s group strategy and business plan, and has more than 13 years of experience specialising in life actuarial work.

RCS EMEA life sales and practice leader at Willis Towers Watson Claire Farrelly said the company is delighted Rossouw is joining the team.

“Her considerable business-development and relationship-management experience will be a major asset and instrumental in strengthening our client offering,” she said.

Rossouw said she is thrilled to be joining the company.

“This is both a difficult and exciting period for the UK life insurance industry, which is in the middle of a fundamental transformation, and I look forward to working with our clients to help them identify opportunities for profitable growth during these challenging times.”

Head of Great Britain at Willis Towers Watson Nicolas Aubert recently spoke to Insurance Business UK about the future of the company.
