QuestGates has appointed qualified surveyor Jonathan Gray (pictured) as supplier quality assurance manager – a new role at the insurance agency and specialist loss adjustor.

Gray, who brings with him a wealth of experience in insurance claims and supplier management, will be in charge of engaging with QuestGates’ range of suppliers and independent contractors. Among the goals is to further enhance the quality and consistency of performance.

“The success of our business stems from the technical expertise and personal service delivered by our team, whether a member of staff or a third party, and we will not compromise on quality as we continue to grow,” explained QuestGates director Greg Laker. “Aligned to our clients’ requirements, we are looking at new and innovative ways to improve indemnity control and in particular we see the development and implementation of technology-led solutions as key to this.

“Jonathan has a lot of innovative ideas around supplier management, indemnity control, and technology solutions that fit with our strategy, and I think that he will be an extremely valuable member of our team going forward.”

The new supplier quality assurance manager has worked at the likes of Innovation Group and Crawford & Company.
