Russell Scanlan is serious about its growth plan – hiring account handling veteran Julian Tadd (pictured) to be in charge of renewing accounts as well as helping account executives manage client needs.

The Nottingham firm’s new commercial account handler brings more than 13 years of industry experience from similar positions at Gordon Wood Insurance and Towergate Insurance Brokers. “Absolutely thrilled” to have been offered the role, Tadd cited Russell Scanlan’s good reputation for customer service and “fantastic” workplace.

“All of the team are incredibly passionate and dedicated, and have been nothing but welcoming and supportive from day one,” noted the key arrival, who said he has always heard very positive things about the Wellington Circus-based Chartered insurance broker.

“My appointment comes at an important time of development and growth for the company, so I’m very much looking forward to getting stuck in, particularly with building new and existing relationships across Russell Scanlan’s varied client base.”

Commenting on the appointment, sales & marketing director Mike Dickinson stated that they are delighted to welcome Tadd to Russell Scanlan’s 35-strong team of passionate, hardworking, and talented staff.

“This signifies a time of sustained growth for the firm, as we continue our commitment to providing bespoke insurance and risk management solutions, as well as delivering that extra added value on which we pride ourselves,” said Dickinson.

“Julian brings a wealth of experience to the role, and I am confident that he will help to build on our success. We look forward to seeing how he develops over the coming months.”
