Zurich introduces new wellbeing app for employees
Keeping staff happy is a vital part of any business’s success – and Zurich has ramped up its commitment to its staff by introducing a new app.

Its employee assistance programme, known as Workplace Options, will now be available to UK employees for the first time via the iConnectYou app. The idea is that employees will be able to get support on demand while they are on the move – being able to quickly connect with counsellors and consultants or make arrangements.

“We continue to look for ways in which we can enhance our wellbeing proposition,” commented Hayley Golden, UK diversity, inclusion and wellbeing manager at Zurich. “As an employer which supports flexible working patterns, we recognise it’s really important that people have access to workplace support whenever and wherever they need it. We are confident that the new app will be well received by our people and prove to be a valuable part of their Zurich wellbeing toolkit.”

The assistance programme is free and available via iOS and Android devices. It also includes access to audio and video content, interactive assessments and training courses.
