Travelers Europe has something new for firms of all sizes in the UK and Ireland.
“With cyber threats continuing to evolve, businesses without dedicated cover could find themselves insufficiently protected in the event of a breach,” said cyber head Davis Kessler when the provider announced the rollout of its standalone cyber insurance product called Travelers CyberRisk.
Kessler noted: “Our global team has created a package designed to help companies navigate their cyber event response so they can return to normal as quickly as possible.”
The new offering provides not only liability and first-party cover for cyberattack losses but also access to the likes of breach coaches, forensic investigators, public relations support, and credit monitoring services. In its announcement Travelers said it understands the importance of helping organisations work through a cyberattack, from recovering following a breach to managing incident-related expenses.
With limits up to £10 million across liability, breach response, cybercrime, and business loss covers, the product can also be purchased as part of the Travelers management liability package.
Travelers has been providing cyber-related insurance coverage with robust risk management services for over three decades. Aside from cyber, it also offers cover for professional indemnity, directors and officers, employment practices liability, pension trustees liability, property, casualty, and crime.
