Griffiths & Armour, which has been a British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA) accredited provider since 2013, will continue to be one following the renewal of its professional indemnity (PI) accredited broker contract with BIBA.

“We are delighted to continue to offer support and cover to BIBA members as an accredited PI provider,” said Griffiths & Armour professional risks director Matt MacLaren, whose camp’s contract has been extended for three years.

“Our BIBA PI scheme has a wide range of benefits for BIBA members including very broad and secure policy coverage, a dedicated in-house claims team to help manage the claim process smoothly, regular risk management guidance updates, and numerous seminars and webinars available to our brokers.”

Set up in 1934, Griffiths & Armour has offices in Liverpool, London, Manchester, and Dublin.

Commenting on the continued relationship, BIBA technical services head Mike Hallam noted: “It goes without saying that in the challenging market conditions that we are now experiencing in the PI market, our members appreciate the support we can provide. Having Griffiths & Armour onboard for a further three years is most welcome.”

The trade body has an ongoing initiative aimed at helping members with PI-related risk and claims management.

Meanwhile, MacLaren added: “Our long-term quality approach has benefitted broker members with the highest levels of continued pandemic cover available, along with a safe and supported journey through what is an extremely challenging PI market.”
