A leading insurtech firm has made a key addition to its executive team.

Concirrus has announced the appointment of Adrian Turner as chief financial officer, reporting to chief executive officer Andrew Yeoman.

Turner joins Concirrus from Guidewire, where he was international finance director and brings more than 20 years of experience in the global insurtech and technology markets. Prior to Guidewire, Turner had a leadership role in AgencyPort and was part of the executive team responsible for its sale to Xchanging.

Yeoman said that Turner will become an integral part of the Concirrus executive team.

“At a crucial time when technology advances are driving a new agenda for insurance companies, Adrian’s deep financial expertise, experience in the insurance industry and global leadership skills will be instrumental,” said Yeoman. “Adrian joins a talented team that blends the very best of insurance, technology, and data expertise.”

For his part, Turner said that he was “really excited to be joining Concirrus at a time of rapid expansion on the back of so much customer success.”

“Concirrus is playing a pivotal role in the transformation of the insurance market, driving operational efficiency and greater returns for its clients,” said Turner. “I am looking forward to working with the dynamic team and helping shape the future success of this innovative and ambitious company.”
