Managing general agent Glemham Underwriting is undergoing a transformation, technology-wise.
The property, liability, and professional indemnity insurance specialist has launched phase one of its digital transformation programme with the help of software house Total Systems – enabling the team to easily amend product features and pricing through a new platform.
According to Glemham director John Cross, the technology is transforming the business by automating the complex process of generating commercial quotes and policies, with a “drastic” reduction in the amount of time spent before a quote is issued.
“We are delighted that Glemham has successfully gone live in the Total Systems cloud with the first phase of the extensive digital transformation programme,” commented Total Systems business development director Rhys Collins.
