With remote or hybrid work becoming more common since the COVID-19 pandemic started, many insurance companies have invested in technology to boost their performance for their people and clients.
This year’s Insurance Business UK (IBUK) 5-star insurance technology providers make the industry more competitive with their market-leading solutions. IBUK identified the best insurtech providers for 2022 by conducting one-on-one interviews with brokers and surveyed those within the IBUK network. The information gathered by the research team revealed non-negotiable factors for insurance professionals when selecting a technology provider to work with.
The IBUK team then asked technology providers to nominate their solutions and explain why they stood out against their competitors and what made them the best in the market. Afterwards, the team asked brokers to rate their overall satisfaction with the insurtech providers based on criteria such as their products’ ease of use, customer support, value for money, and overall effectiveness. The companies that received a score of at least 80% were named the UK’s 5-star insurance technology providers for 2022.
