Miller has bolstered its data and analytics division with the appointment of Kate Enright as head of data. In this new role, Enright will focus on building the broker’s data and analytics capability to unlock data value and drive new client solutions to further support the firm’s growth.

Prior to this position, Enright worked as data strategy and delivery manager for Beazley, her home for the past eight years. According to LinkedIn, Enright also worked as a business analyst for Watertrace, in addition to a prior career as a physiotherapist with the NHS. She holds LM1 and LM2 certifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Miller COO Dana Cuffe said that data is core to the firm and what it does, as well as the advice that it offers to clients. Enright’s appointment bolsters that commitment to the firm’s strategy.

“I’m delighted to be welcoming Kate to Miller to help drive such a strategically important part of our business. Kate’s technical experience in data & analytics, combined with her pragmatic approach and focus on delivering value will be a strong addition to Miller. I very much look forward to working with her as we continue to expand the business and ensure the sophisticated use of data as a critical enabler for our ambitious growth plans,” Cuffe said.

Elsewhere in the firm, the broker also recently snagged former Marsh SVP Lee Bright as account executive for its direct marine team.
