Caroline Wagstaff is chief executive of the London Market Group, a market-wide body bringing together the specialist commercial (re)insurance broking and underwriting communities to build on London’s position and reputation as the global centre of insurance excellence. Caroline joined Lloyd’s of London as their head of marketing and communications in 1998, before founding Lucid Communication in 2005 and building the largest specialist insurance PR agency in the market following Lucid’s merger with Luther Pendragon in 2012.
