Chris’ work life commenced as a loss adjuster, eventually leading to him becoming Head of Construction Claims for one of the big 4 insurance brokers. He then moved on to be Insurance Manager for the UK’s largest civil engineering contractor, before becoming Head of Insurance for the £4.5bn Tideway Tunnel project across and under London.

Moving back into the London market he spent several years with another major construction broker, before moving to Marsh in 2023. He now works within the Construction specialty, dealing with annual and major project placements for construction related lines in both the UK and further afield.

A chartered insurance professional focusing primarily on the civil engineering and construction sectors, with vast experience of the real work issues faced by contractors, principals, government departments and financiers.
