An international provider of life claims-management software products for insurance carriers and superannuation funds will be hosting a user-group meeting in Melbourne this October.

ClaimVantage will hold its biennial focus-group meeting at Novotel, Melbourne, on Oct. 16, to demonstrate new features and functionality from the ClaimVantage team, provide an update on the company’s strategic plans and the Salesforce platform, and tackle the opportunities of claim analytics.

“As well as bringing industry thought leaders in to speak, this event gives us all the opportunity to meet face to face, to discuss the changing life-insurance landscape and how we can continue to work together to resolve upcoming regulatory issues,” said Geoff Street, ClaimVantage’s regional director.

Street said that since the company’s inaugural user-group meeting in 2016, ClaimVantage has moved to a larger office in the CBD of Melbourne and has expanded its Melbourne team with experienced industry subject-matter experts.
