The Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) has announced the appointment of a new executive assistant (EA) to the general manager.

Tracey Claridge will become William Legge's EA effective June 26, replacing Maria Dzajkovski, who will be moving to another Sydney-based finance sector non-profit body.

Claridge has a wealth of experience in administration and executive assistant roles, including event management.

Prior to joining UAC, she was with the federal government-funded Central and Eastern Sydney PHN, which works with general practitioners, primary and secondary care providers, and hospitals, to improve health services' efficiency and effectiveness.

Legge thanked outgoing EA Dzajkovski for her two years of service.

“Many thanks to Maria for her efficient, effective work in managing a busy program of UAC events and handling member queries over the past two years,” Legge said. “We wish her all the best in her new venture.”

The UAC boss also welcomed Claridge to the team, saying he's confident that the new EA will “be up to speed quickly on UAC administration and event responsibilities.”
