Caravan Guard, an intermediary specialising in leisure vehicle insurance, has adopted Total System’s technology platform for its insurance operations.
According to Caravan Guard, it selected Total Systems following an extensive review of the market. It decided to refresh its technology capabilities to be able to offer their customers a complete digital experience when dealing with the caravan and motorhome insurance provider. The new platform also has the ability to implement changes quickly to continually optimise customer engagement.
Caravan Guard said that it conducted a lengthy and detailed selection process, which included both a deep dive into functionality and a proof of concept, before selecting Total Systems’ proposition.
