Birmingham-based national broker Adler Fairways has acquired Intelligent Real Estate Due Diligence (IREDD), a legal indemnity specialist located in London.

This acquisition is one of five that Adler Fairways has made over the past 12 months, forming part of its strategy to expand its range of specialisms.

IREDD, co-founded in 2010 by directors Robert McNally and Moz Gamble, specialises in legal indemnity and operates in the real estate investment market. The company is known for its client-focused approach and broker services.

The shareholders of IREDD were represented in the acquisition by Mallory Coxe (pictured above) and Emily McFadyen from Wright Hassall, a comprehensive law firm based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

McNally expressed satisfaction with joining Adler Fairways and said he looked forward to contributing to the future growth of the firm. He highlighted the support received from the Wright Hassall team, especially noting Mallory Coxe's transactional expertise, which played a crucial role in the acquisition process.

Coxe, who recently joined Wright Hassall's corporate team, brings a wealth of experience from working with various businesses, including large corporates and private equity firms. She remarked on the expertise of McNally and Gamble in real estate finance transactions and IREDD's innovative practices that have established its reputation in the legal indemnities market.

“It’s been great to jump straight into dealmaking and work very closely with two impressive individuals to see this transaction through from start to finish and play my part in helping propel IREDD to the next level. Our corporate team has been very busy, particularly over the final quarter of 2023, but the work we have put in place to grow our offering means we are well-placed to take on new work and deliver results for our clients over the coming year,” Coxe said.

Adler Fairways, a chartered independent insurance broker, offers insurance and risk management advice, employee benefits, and health and wellbeing services. It operates from seven offices across the UK, including its headquarters at Prudent House in Birmingham.
