Allianz Insurance is now offering its independent brokers free access to the online learning platform, LinkedIn Learning.
The new offering will provide select independent and regional brokers access to over 16,500 on-demand courses. Allianz said that this builds on its existing broker training proposition.
Brokers using the learning platform can find a dedicated “Allianz Recommended” section, where they can access relevant content and the courses. Topics include sales performance management, building resilience in a crisis, and mentoring and talent development.
“As part of the ongoing refresh of our broker training programme, we’re delighted to offer this additional benefit which demonstrates our commitment to developing our brokers,” said Allianz Insurance director of broker markets Sarah Mallaby.
Mallaby added that she believes LinkedIn Learning provides an excellent opportunity for smaller independent brokers, who are “committed to developing their people but may not necessarily have the resources to offer a range of training as comprehensive as this.”
