Apollo Group welcomes new non-executive director

Apollo Group Holdings has appointed Stuart Davies (pictured above) as group non-executive director, effective immediately.

Davies has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, having held several senior insurance industry roles, including chairman of DARAG, group CEO of Sompo Canopius, and CEO at Aegis London, which he held for 10 years. He was also previously non-executive director at Oxbow Partners.

Alongside his role at Apollo, Davies will continue to be a partner at private equity firm Keyhaven Capital, the company said.
