AXA Climate has launched Climate Studio, a new initiative aimed at helping organisations communicate their ecological transition more effectively.

The project looks to boost climate-related messaging and drive awareness and action. It will provide brand strategy, campaign design and communication services for both internal and external audiences. The initiative is designed to clarify climate challenges and encourage businesses to take action on sustainability.

The studio expands AXA Climate’s existing suite of climate and adaptation services, which includes consulting, SaaS tools, insurance and training.

Claire Bayet (pictured above) has been appointed to lead Climate Studio. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Bayet has worked with major French agencies, including BETC and Publicis Conseil.

At BETC, she served as strategy director for seven years, specialising in climate and inclusion issues. She has supported public interest campaigns on anti-smoking efforts and gender equality and has helped major brands refine their sustainability messaging.

Commenting on her appointment, Bayet highlighted the importance of clear and effective communication in climate action.

“Communication around ecological issues is often too cautious, complex or simply misleading,” she said. “Yet, without creative and credible communication the transition won’t happen. That’s why we launched Climate Studio.”
