There are two new faces at the AXA XL UK broker management team.

Firstly, the firm has picked up Michael Clarke as regional broker distribution leader, being responsible for leading the company’s regional distribution strategy and developing relationships with UK brokers. He makes the switch from Willis Towers Watson, where he managed several strategic relationships. Previously he had spent time at the likes of Aon and NFU Mutual.

Meanwhile, Robyn Warke has joined the firm from Generali where she was key account executive. She now becomes broker distribution leader and will be responsible for actively managing and expanding relationships with international brokers.

Both will now report to head of UK broker management Allan Murley.

“I am extremely pleased to welcome both Michael and Robyn to the team,” said Murley. “With their experience in business development and account management, both will have an important role to play as we focus on growing profitable new business in the UK. Investing in key appointments such as these will also help us to better deliver on our ONE AXA strategy, by enabling greater interaction and collaboration with other AXA entities in order to achieve our common goals.”
