Shane O’Neill and Ciaran Reddin have been promoted to property head and professional indemnity and cyber head, respectively, at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) Ireland.

Based in Dublin, the two both came onboard in 2019 as senior underwriters. O’Neill brings 20 years of industry experience to his new post, while Reddin has been in insurance for nearly a decade.

“Shane and Ciaran have played pivotal roles in building our portfolio and bringing BHSI’s values, bespoke solutions, and excellent service to our customers and broker partners in Ireland,” commented BHSI Ireland country manager Louise Kidd.

“I am pleased to recognise their contributions with these promotions. In their new leadership roles, they will further elevate our service and solutions and advance our growing and talented teams in Ireland.”
