Lloyd’s MGA and specialist lines underwriting agency CFC has formed an agreement with CS&A International, adding the leading risk and crisis management firm to its growing panel of crisis consultants.

Under the companies’ agreement, CS&A International will be on stand-by to respond to CFC Underwriting client requests, including auditing and consulting services. The firm will also help provide on-call support and crisis management software applications.

“We believe that CS&A International can add real value not only in responding to a situation but, equally important, to risk improvement and loss mitigation work with those clients who we offer a pre-incident fund to,” said Natasha Catchpole, crisis management practice leader at CFC.

Catchpole said CFC’s panel of crisis consultants is “an integral part” of its product recall suite of products and overall crisis management proposition, which “has really advanced the market.”

“Each consultant is available to provide specialist support depending on the individual recall situation,” she said.

CFC’s suite of crisis management products targets various industries, including food and beverage, automotive component parts and consumer product industries.
