Insurance Business UK (IBUK) has announced this year's Rising Stars, young and promising insurance professionals in the UK insurance industry.

IBUK identified the UK insurance industry's Rising Stars by inviting insurance professionals across the country to nominate exceptional young talent. Nominees had to be aged 35 or under as of June 30, 2023, and committed to a career in insurance. They must also demonstrate a clear passion for the industry.

The IBUK team asked the nominees about their current role, key achievements, career goals, and the contributions they have made to shaping the insurance industry.

The final list of 52 Rising Stars for 2023 was determined by an independent panel of industry leaders:
