IQUW, a property specialty insurer and reinsurer, has announced the appointment of Diane Gallacher as group chief people officer for the IQUW Group.
Gallacher brings to the group more than 25 years of experience in leadership, talent management, and culture. She previously held senior roles at Talbot and Validus Group.
In her new role, Gallacher will serve on IQUW Group’s executive committee where she will be responsible for implementing the business’s talent strategy and growth plans.
