Lloyd’s Market Association outlines priorities for 2024

The Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) has published the LMA Strategic Focus 2024.

In the 17-page document seen by Insurance Business, LMA chief executive Sheila Cameron (pictured) outlined the following strategic priorities:

  1. championing Blueprint Two integration and digital evolution
  2. enhancing the market’s technical expertise
  3. actively supporting and influencing significant change programmes crucial for managing agents’ success
  4. shaping regulatory policy
  5. technical training
  6. increasing market and employee engagement within the LMA

Cameron said in her message: “We will continue to work in the best interests of our members and the market as new challenges and opportunities emerge throughout the year. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to witnessing our collective achievements.”

All 55 Lloyd’s managing agencies and all Lloyd’s members’ agents are members of the LMA.
