MIB, based in Milton Keynes, has attempted to further enhance its reputation by swooping for a major industry name.

The organisation, which claims to be at the heart of the battle against uninsured driving, has swooped for Paul Jackman as its new chief information officer.

Jackman makes the switch from Markel Corporation where he was senior director of enterprise architecture and led a number of global digital & strategic programmes across the USA, Latin America, Canada and Asia. He is particularly noted for delivering strategic digital transformation projects and enhancing the customer experience – something he aims to do again in his new role.

“I want people to use technology to the best effect and it’s personal for me,” he said. “I believe customer centric discussions are at the heart of success as they allow the organisation to work from the outside in. It’s only by listening to business and focusing on business outcomes that you can create and drive positive change and see visible movement in productivity and customer focus.”
