“The Brockwell Capital team is now at full strength and our doors are fully open for business.”

Managing director Andrew Graham (pictured) is happy to note that it’s all systems go for the new Lloyd’s coverholder, with his and Alec Goodair’s arrival completing the team in London. The senior underwriters join co-founders Lee Amerigo and Lana Soroka.

“Buyers of M&A insurance can now choose a range of products from a team that has written well over 500 transactional insurance policies and has more than 60 years of collective experience in the M&A legal and insurance industries,” said Graham, who led the global M&A team at Allied World before co-founding Brockwell Capital.

Also a former Allied World executive, Goodair was most recently with CNA Hardy and now serves as director at the M&A insurance specialist. Both also held senior roles at AIG.

Brockwell Capital is authorised to underwrite and bind transactional insurance risks on behalf of Hiscox, Beazley, Argenta, Chaucer, China Re, and Tokio Marine Kiln. It specialises in warranty and indemnity, tax liability, and contingent liability insurance.
