QuestGates is boosting its operations in Ireland with two acquisitions – Dublin-based firms Rossiter Claims Management Services and Keating Claims Adjusters.

The specialist loss adjuster has completed its purchase of Rossiter Claims Management Services, after having first acquired an equity interest in 2019. According to QuestGates’ statement, Paul Rossiter, the company’s founder and owner, and his team will all become part of the QuestGates Ireland team. Rossiter will assume the newly-created role of divisional director, with overall responsibility for liability services in Ireland.

Meanwhile, Keating Claims Adjusters’ owner Colm Keating and his team will also join QuestGates Ireland. Keating was appointed as technical director, a newly-created role with ongoing responsibility for service, quality and client relationships.

According to QuestGates, the acquisitions make it the largest independent provider of loss adjusting services across both jurisdictions in Ireland, with a team approaching 25 claims and adjusting specialists.

“We’ve seen growing demand over the years for our range of specialist expertise, particularly in commercial property, environmental and liability claims, and an appreciation of our commitment to service,” said Glen Donaldson, director of Ireland and specialist services at QuestGates.

“There is a vibrant market in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and a huge pool of home-grown talent to support our ambitious growth plans. In fact, we’re recruiting three new property and environmental adjusters in Dublin in addition to welcoming the teams from Rossiter and Keating into the QuestGates family. We believe there is tremendous opportunity for a service-focused business like ours and we’re looking forward to continuing to shake up the status quo.”
