Arch Insurance UK Regional Division has announced the appointment of Adam Waterstreet (pictured above) as claims relationship manager, effective immediately.

In his new position, Waterstreet will oversee account management activities for brokers across the UK regions, focus on strengthening client relationships, and develop opportunities to enhance Arch’s claims proposition.

Waterstreet joins Arch with over 10 years of experience in claims. He was previously a claims management executive at Aon, managing large client accounts. Before that, he served as a claims relationship manager at Allianz.

Arch Insurance provides comprehensive claims services across its specialty risk solutions for UK clients in various industries. The company operates several specialty claims units, staffed by dedicated product-line claims professionals in areas such as marine, professional indemnity, digital, property, casualty, personal accident, and travel.

His role covers all 11 regional offices of Arch, and he will report to Steve Turvey, Head of Claims – First Party.

Steve Turvey commented on Waterstreet’s appointment, stating that they are pleased to welcome Adam to the UK Regional team.

“He is a highly experienced claims professional with a strong record of driving claims management improvements and efficiencies, while providing excellent customer service. At Arch, we provide our clients with access to dedicated claims specialists who are empowered to deliver a customer-centric service and are dedicated to developing more robust relationships,” Turvey said.

Waterstreet’s appointment is just the latest in a series to bolster the group’s claims practice. Recently, Arch Insurance International has promoted Laura Brahams to head of third-party claims, with her role encompassing casualty, cyber, financial lines, healthcare, intangible assets, and professional liability.

Earlier this month, the insurer also announced the promotion of Barbara Rizzi as chief claims officer, with her function overseeing the claims operations and strategy for the organisation, which encompasses the London Market, UK Regional Market, Australia, and the EU.
