Specialist broker Miller has refurbished its construction team with the arrival of head of construction Pauline Goreham and the hiring of two others.

Goreham, whose appointment is effective immediately, has made the switch from Willis Towers Watson (WTW) where she most recently served as UK construction and project risks practice leader. Later this month, she will be joined by account executives and fellow WTW colleagues Steve Cox and Jon Burke.

“I am delighted to welcome Pauline, Steve, and Jon to Miller to bolster our growth in the construction sector,” stated energy head Martin Henderson. “The team’s significant experience and expertise will enable us to expand our offering to clients, helping them to navigate the complex construction risk environment.

“We are committed to building market-leading teams with best-in-class talent which are underpinned by Miller’s reputation for delivering excellence in service and claims, and I look forward to making further announcements as this project develops.”

Commenting on her new post, Goreham cited the “huge opportunity” to be part of what she described as an exciting programme of expansion.

“Combining the team’s expertise and knowledge with Miller’s independent offering means we can provide increased choice and a unique value proposition to current and future clients,” she said.
