Miller taps industry veteran to lead expansion into UK construction market

Miller has engaged the services of construction industry veteran Dan Cahill to leads its expansion into the UK construction market. Miller’s new UK construction practice aims to offer clients a bespoke service plan in line with their individual needs and requirements by building on the knowledge and expertise it has amassed through many years operating in the sector.

Cahill, who has 32 years’ experience in UK retail construction, will utilise his understanding of UK construction business and business development to strengthen the team’s commitment to delivering market-leading risk transfer solutions,

Since entering the insurance industry in 1988, Cahill has handled all aspects of UK construction business including working with of the country’s largest contractors and most prestigious projects. A release from Miller noted that he has held a variety of roles throughout his career from claims to account handling to account management to business development.
