NMU, which employs over 100 specialist professionals across the UK and Ireland, has been proclaimed as Overall Underwriting Team of the Year at the 2017 Underwriting Service Awards in London.
The firm also won the Construction & Engineering Team of the Year award, as well as earning recognition as Transport/Freight (including Marine & Cargo) Team of the Year – an accolade NMU has received for four straight years now.
“We’re absolutely delighted to make it four in a row, and thrilled to have been so richly acknowledged in this way,” commented NMU executive director Paul Hiscoe on the peer-based awards. “It confirms our commitment to providing a market-leading service at local level through our comprehensive and innovative branch network.”
Executive director Nick Limb, for his part, described the win as “a real triumph” for the NMU team. “They have put in some exceptionally hard work in growing our market share and enhancing our customer service across the board, and this recognition is a wonderful reward for all their commitment and dedication,” he said.
